What “included” does not mean
The package is described as cosmetic content. This page does not call it pay-to-win, promise a gameplay benefit or treat a scheduled pack as already installed. Storefront wording, regional availability and prices can change independently, so use the product page for your platform and region before buying.
Which edition should you buy?
- Choose Standard if you only want to play the base game.
- Choose Deluxe only if the listed uniforms matter to you, the current regional price difference is acceptable, and you are comfortable waiting for the Q3/Q4 packs.
Deluxe is not the safer choice by default: it is a cosmetic purchase decision, not a requirement for maps, modes or cross-play.
Purchase check
- Confirm that the product name says Hell Let Loose: Vietnam, not the older Hell Let Loose edition with a similar name.
- Confirm the platform and account region.
- Read the current Field Supplies list and each delivery window.
- Compare the current price difference; this page intentionally does not freeze a regional price.
- Buy Deluxe only if the listed cosmetics and delayed delivery are worth that current difference to you.
If your real question is whether a subscription grants the base game, use the dated Game Pass status check instead of inferring entitlement from an Xbox capability label.
