Which tier should you compare?
Use Minimum only with its published reconstruction condition: 1080p/60 with TSR 71% or DLSS Ultra Performance. Use Recommended with its different condition: 1080p/60 with TSR 100% High or DLSS Balanced. Comparing only a GPU name removes part of the official target and can make two systems look more similar than they are.
Neither row guarantees a fixed frame rate in every map or full match. It is a storefront target, not a benchmark of your exact machine.
Before drawing a conclusion
- Compare the exact desktop or laptop CPU and GPU model, not only the family name.
- Leave storage headroom beyond the listed 30 GB for updates and temporary files.
- Read the target row together with the hardware tier; it is part of the published condition.
- Recheck the HLLV Steam listing after major engine or platform updates.
Requirements are only the baseline
A PC can meet a tier and still need measured tuning or encounter a launch issue. Use the one-variable settings guide to establish a comparable baseline, and the symptom-first crash guide to separate common checks from the dated AMD branch.
